Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) has extended the one day per week watering restriction.
The Devonshire Homeowners Association held a vote to change a section of the Covenants at the Board meeting on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Gathering room. The amendment was adopted by a vote of 58-2 in favor.
Owners of Devonshire residences are being asked to return a completed opt-in/opt-out form to Unique Property Management that will allow Devonshire Residents to vote electronically and receive notices from the Association regarding Board, Membership, Committee meetings and other notices and matters as permitted by Florida Statutes, by e-mail to the e-mail address on file, instead of by mail or personal delivery.

Cleaning of driveways, sidewalks (easement & entry), rear lanais and patio slabs are the responsibility of each homeowner. Decorations or statues are not allowed in the front landscaping beds except up the sidewalk to the front entrance.
A friendly reminder about vehicle parking... blocking the sidewalk and overnight street parking is not allowed. Please be a good neighbor and follow the rules.
