The Design Review Board of the Villages of Devonshire administers and interprets the ‘Design Criteria and Development Policy Standards’ which govern Devonshire and also administers and interprets the Devonshire Design Guidelines Supplement.  The Board reviews all applications for any changes or additions to the property or landscaping.  The Board meets on an as-needed basis to review applications and render a decision.
